Apple Home Improvements TV Commercial
Commissioned by ITV, we crafted an animated commercial for Apple Home Improvements. Our task was to effectively showcase the diverse range of home improvement services within a single advertisement. To achieve this goal, we developed a creative approach centred on the use of photorealistic 3D animation to depict the transformation of a house.
The brief
The brief was to encapsulate the broad spectrum of home improvement solutions offered by Apple Home Improvements within the framework of a single, engaging commercial. With a wide array of services, spanning both internal and external home improvements, to showcase within a single advert, we harnessed the potential of animation as the ideal medium to achieve this. After storyboarding, we generated 2D test renders, ultimately constructing all the elements in 3D, including each blade of grass!
